Liberty is a great beginner level American fiddle tune, so I thought it would be a perfect place for us to start our mandolin tune lessons. Mandolin sheet music is also written in the same clef as fiddle sheet music and all the fingerings are the same, so all you fiddle players can learn from this lesson as well! Since it's a short tune, I've included TAB in the same document as the sheet music with this one. Don't forget to pay attention to the chord markings and pick strokes. Those chord markings will be especially helpful when you start thinking about improvisation.
