This one come courtesy of the Stripling Brothers, who were among the premier old time string bands from the 1920's. The notes in this one aren't too hard, but the rhythms and bowings are unique. Charlie Strippling often starts his downbeats an 8th note or a 16th note ahead of the downbeat, and there are a couple of 3/4 measures mixed in to add to the rhythmic confusion. Additionally, he uses a lot of 2 note bow strokes in succession, which gives this tune a unique feel that I love. Play the clip below to hear the tune!

Kennedy Rag comes with the standard notation, TAB, and an audio file for your listening pleasure. Enjoy!
